“Kings Play Chess on Fine Green Silk”
We had to take several photos to settle on the Species “Silk” name. We want both the Genus “Green” and Species name so it’s not confused with a different related plant.
Then for fun we Googled Pennisetum villosum to confirm! It’s a Non-Florida native Ornamental grass.
We try and plant native species as often as possible.
